An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation, where available). Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. In the event of a failed payment where money has been deducted, the amount is auto-refunded by the gateway per their timelines.

Orders can be cancelled from your account while they are pending, paid, or processing. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Return and refund eligibility is described on the Shipping & Returns page.
By submitting a review you grant us the right to display it on the store. Reviews that are abusive, false, or promotional will be removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
