You can cancel an order from your account while it is pending, paid, or processing. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are initiated immediately and typically reflect in 5–7 business days.
Once a returned item passes inspection, the refund is initiated to your original payment method. Gateways typically credit the amount within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
